On 16 January 2025, in the setting of the Sala della Protomoteca in Piazza del Campidoglio in Rome, the Conference: PNRR: prima, durante e … poi?, a moment of analysis and reflection on the objectives, implementation and impact of PNRR investments and reforms.
Promoted by IFEL, the afternoon of work will begin its reflection starting from what is contained in the IFEL- ANCI Report on ‘The state of implementation of the PNRR and the role of Municipalities’ already available online here. The volume outlines a reflection that goes beyond the monitoring of expenditure to delve into the complex intertwining of additional resources and reforms, targets in terms of result objectives, verification and evaluation procedures.
The event will be attended by IFEL Director Pierciro Galeone, Walter Tortorella, Head of the Local Economy Department and Alessandro Canelli, Mayor of Novara and IFEL Foundation President. The following will intervene as experts: Gianpaolo Arachi, UPB Councillor, Ugo Fratesi, Professor at the Politecnico di Milano, Patrizia Lattarulo, Head of Public Economics IRPET Toscana, Renato Loiero, Councillor for Budget Policies of the President of the Council of Ministers, Aline Pennisi, General Director of the NG-EU Mission Unit RGS, Carmelo Petraglia, Scientific Councillor SVIMEZ and, finally, Andrea Petrella, economist at the Department of Economics and Statistics of the Bank of Italy. The Mayor of Roma Capitale Roberto Gualtieri will open the proceedings at 3 p.m.
